About the Officers' Club How does one thank those handful of honorable, dedicated and foresighted military officers who provided the genesis for the Officers’ Club of Connecticut in 1947 - starting with a simple lunch counter, a lounge and a small bar?
For over five decades the Officers’ Club has enjoyed a gracious relationship with its landlord, the Connecticut National Guard - who has been stalwart in their support of the Club, both in leadership and technical assistance. It is not unusual to hear the Officers’ Club described as “The best kept secret in Hartford.” Well, we hope we won ’t be a secret to you any longer. And so we invite you to be part of us; and we hope next time you ’re passing the club, come on in and say hello. Our entrance is the door located to the right of the Armory ’s main entrance.
